According to Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, amended and supplemented, Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the field of electronic communications and EU Regulation no. 679/2016 on the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC), TBMOM Agency is obliged to safely manage the personal data you provide us about you or others and use them only for the purposes with which you have agreed.

Definitions

www.tbmom.ro  (the "Site") is the website of  TBMOM Agency. "GDPR Regulation" is EU Regulation 679/2016 on the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC. "Personal data" refers to any information about an identified or identifiable natural person. Updates and changes to the Privacy Policy are valid immediately upon posting on the Site and notification by email.

What information does TBMOM Agency collect?

Information that was given voluntarily. When you emailed us for a quote, your email address was provided to us voluntarily by you. When you contact us by e-mail or telephone, you voluntarily provide us with information that  TBMOM Agency may process, such as your first and last name, phone number, address, and e-mail address. Information  TBMOM Agency collect automatically through the Site When you visit the Site,  TBMOM Agency record information such as IP address, operating system, shopping history (if any), and other data through cookies or other technologies.

The legal basis for the processing of your information

The legal basis for processing the information provided by you is "taking measures at the request of the data subject before concluding a contract" (art. 5 paragraph 2 letter (a) of Law no. 677/2001) and "to take steps at the request to the data subject before concluding a contract ”(art. 6 paragraph (1) letter b of EU Regulation 679/2016). 

The current legislation and the GDPR Regulation that enters into force on May 25, 2018, stipulate that your consent is not required provided that the processing of information is necessary for the conclusion of a contract, for the fulfillment of a legal obligation, or in legitimate interest.

The legal basis for processing data collected automatically through cookies or other technologies is your consent, which you gave by default when you accessed the Site.

For what purposes do  TBMOM Agency collect your data?

If you are a Customer / Buyer, TBMOM Agency collects your data to inform you about your orders:

Membership, bookings,' validation, and invoicing. 

To respond to the messages through which you request various information from us. To prepare for the conclusion of a contract.

How long does TBMOM Agency  keep your data?

We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary for the intended purpose.

Does TBMOM Agency send your data to third parties?

TBMOM AGENCY does not send your data to third parties for commercial use. Still, TBMOM Agency may send it to courts, prosecutor's offices, or other authorities to subject us to applicable laws or mandatory legal proceedings.

TBMOM Agency never has access to any information on customers' payment cards.

Your rights

The right to information means you need to know if your data is being processed, what data is collected, where it is obtained, and why and by whom it is processed.

The right of access means you have the right to access the data collected from/about you. This includes your right to request and obtain a copy of your data collected.

The right to update/rectify means you have the right to request the rectification or deletion of your inaccurate or incomplete data.

The right to delete means that, in certain circumstances, you may request that your data be deleted from our records.

Right to restrict processing - if certain conditions apply, you have the right to restrict the processing of your data.

The right to object to the processing means that, in some instances, you have the right to object to the processing of your data, for example, in the case of direct marketing.

The right to object to automatic processing means that you have the right to object to automatic processing.

The right to data portability means you have the right to obtain your data in an appropriate format or, if possible, as a direct transfer from one processor to another.

Right to file a complaint - if  TBMOM Agency  deny your request under Access Rights, we'll give you a reason. Please contact us if you are dissatisfied with how your request has been handled.

The right to assistance from the supervisory authority means that you have the right to the assistance of a supervisory authority and the right to other remedies, such as claiming compensation.

The right to withdraw your consent means that you have the right to withdraw any consent to processing your data.
