WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CHESS GAME AND A BUSINESS?
A chess game has fixed rules during the game. There is a fixed number of players and a fixed goal. The phrase that defines it: "Playing the game DOES NOT CHANGE the game's rules.".
This is called LINEARITY.

A business has no fixed rules or fixed shape from the beginning. The phrase that defines it: "Playing the game CHANGES its rules WHILE PLAYING." This is called NONLINEARITY.

All modern problems like education, modern cities, digitalization, environmental protection, sociology, psychology, food security, health security, cybersecurity, economics, politics, marketing, and technology are nonlinear.
Applying fixed linear logic to nonlinearities is the root cause of modern problems.

Systems thinking tells us that digitalization is a system resulting from the interconnection (NOT THE SUM) between technology (T), business (B), marketing online (MO), and project management(M) fields chained together as a whole called by this project TBMOM.
The critical observation is that the flow of interaction with digitalization problem-solving comes from the systemic whole to the digital fields as parts, never in reverse.
To understand this, imagine a system like a living organism with the essential property of life. Once the main property is lost, it cannot be recomposed from the pieces in reverse.

This means you cannot assemble a digital problem from scattered digital fields made by somebody else. This error of logic happens to small and medium entrepreneurs when they try to copy things made by big companies.

The main whole could decrease performance if an isolated field performs without the possibility of knowing the cause.

Operations of digitalization are unique from business to business, untransferable, made from the projected future goal back to present action, including past expertise in fields if identified by systems thinking as required.
